Who we are

This site belongs to Studio G01, the trade name of Ivan & van Rijthoven VOF, Rotterdamseweg 396, 2629 HH Delft, KVK 42128321. For any question about your data, write to info@studiog01.nl.

What we collect, and why

When you write to us. The form on Work with us sends your name, email address and anything you add (a message, size, budget, link, phone number) to our studio mailbox. The form runs on Web3Forms, which passes the message on and does not use it for anything else. We use it only to answer you and to talk about the work. We keep the conversation for as long as it is useful for that, and for at most two years after our last contact, unless it leads to an order, in which case the law asks us to keep the records for seven years.

When you sign up for the shop. Your email address goes to our list at Brevo. You first confirm it by email. We write when the shop opens and do not share the list. Every mail has a link to sign off, or write to us and we remove you.

Visitor numbers. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not follow you across sites. It shows us which pages are read, from which country and on which kind of device, never who you are.

In your own browser. The tools in the Playground keep your last settings in your browser, so they are there next time. That stays on your device and never reaches us.

What we do not do

We set no tracking or advertising cookies, we do not sell or rent your data, and we do not build profiles. The typefaces and images load from this site itself. Links to Instagram take you to Instagram, where its own privacy terms apply.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or object to its use. Write to info@studiog01.nl and we answer within a month. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

About the content

We keep this site accurate, but plans, availability and prices can change, and nothing here is a binding offer until we confirm it in writing. Texts, photographs and designs on this site are ours unless stated otherwise. Ask before you use them; a link is always welcome.
